Sharky's Las Vegas (W Charleston & Fort Apache) is now hiring all FOH (front of house) and BOH (back of house) positions!
FOH :
Reports to: General Manager or Shift Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Greet Guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome
• Take Guests’ orders following the Ten Steps of Service
• Proficient at cash and credit card transactions
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and the menu
• Serve food to Guests in a courteous and timely manner
• Ensure proper set up and breakdown of the dining room, restrooms, patio, salsa bar, and cashier area
• Effectively resolve Guest comments, concerns, and complaints to ensure a positive experience
• Work with the team to prepare the Restaurant for each shift
• Act with integrity and honesty to promote Sharky’s culture
• Show up to assigned shifts on time, in proper uniform, and ready to work
• Practice safe food handling procedures
Qualifications:
• Possess a positive attitude
• Work well with others
• Can communicate with Guests in English
• Work in a standing position for up to 6 hours
• Able to life up to 25 pounds
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Able to carry plates comfortably away from body
• Certified as a California Food Handler
BOH :

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Maintain a Guest focus while performing kitchen duties
• Assume responsibility for the quality of food served to Guests
• Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using a charbroiler, flat grill, oven, stove top range, fryer, and pizza oven
• Complete opening and closing checklists
• Follow systems and tools to maintain proper pars, food rotation, and food handling
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work station
• Follow proper portioning and plate presentation for all menu items
• Handle, store, label and rotate all products according to Sharky’s standards
• Attend all scheduled Team Member meetings
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager or Manager on Duty
Qualifications:
• Possess a positive attitude
• Work well with others
• Able to read and follow recipes without supervision
• Able to communicate clearly with Managers, Kitchen Team, and FOH Team
• Able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 40 pounds (with assistance)
• Able to work in a standing position for up to 6 hours
• Willing to follow directions and ask for clarification when needed
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
